A fast-growing, medium to large deciduous conifer with long, horizontally spreading first order branches and short, slender, drooping second order branches. Dense, pyramidal shape, becoming irregular and more open with age. Needles are blue-green in color, turning bright yellow in autumn, spirally arranged in radial clusters with stomata in several lines above and two narrow bands separated by a midrib below. Cones are erect, ovoid-conic with reflexed seed scales, green when immature, turning brown when mature. Old cones remain on tree for many years turning a dull grey-black. Thrives in full sun and well-drained, slightly acidic soil. Widely used for bonsai trees and ornamental purposes in parks and gardens.

Example
- 7 trays of 50 Ct Gro Plugs would be 350 plants on the order line.

All bare root birch single stem must be ordered in increments of 10.
