PINE KOREAN
Korean Pine is a large evergreen conifer with a strong, upright form and a broad, pyramidal crown. Mature trees can reach heights of up to 100 feet, with substantial trunk development.
The bark is gray-brown and smooth when young, becoming darker, scaly, and exfoliating with age. Needles are borne in fascicles of five and are dark green with lighter, whitish-green inner faces, creating a soft, full appearance.
Pollen cones develop in dense clusters at the base of new growth, while seed cones form near the ends of branches in small groups. Cones are ovoid to cylindrical and mature to a woody texture. Seeds are large, wingless, and highly valued.
Native to northeastern Asia, including Korea, Japan, China, and parts of Russia, this species is typically found in subalpine forests at higher elevations. It performs best in full sun and well-drained soil.
A valuable landscape and forestry tree, prized for its ornamental form, adaptability, and edible seeds.

When ordering tray material, any 38 Ct and 50 Ct Evergreen Gro Plugs or 18 Ct cell liner trays, the order quantity must be in full tray increments.
Example
- 7 trays of 50 Ct Gro Plugs would be 350 plants on the order line.
- 5 trays of 18 Ct trays would be 90 plants on the order line.
All bare root birch single stem must be ordered in increments of 10.
