A medium- to large-sized evergreen conifer with a moderate growth rate, pyramidal form, dense crown, and horizontal branching. It is known for its distinctive blue-green needles, which are four-sided, stiff, and sharply pointed.
We have selected the Kaibab strain for its uniform growth, well-spaced branches, and high percentage of blue plants. Cones are light brown, cylindrical, and pendulous, with thin, papery scales, emerging green or violet and maturing to a light brown.
Performs best in rich, moist, well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade. A beautiful specimen for any landscape.
Note: Customers can expect to receive approximately two-thirds of their order in the coveted blue color.

When ordering tray material, any 38 Ct and 50 Ct Evergreen Gro Plugs or 18 Ct cell liner trays, the order quantity must be in full tray increments.
Example
- 7 trays of 50 Ct Gro Plugs would be 350 plants on the order line.
- 5 trays of 18 Ct trays would be 90 plants on the order line.
All bare root birch single stem must be ordered in increments of 10.
