Wilson Spruce has a conical pyramidal habit. Can grow to 150 feet, with dark green needles. Recommended hardiness zone 5. Natural habitat is on high elevation mountains and river basins. Native to China.

 

Description. Wilson’s spruce is an evergreen conifer species of tree that grows to mature heights of 165 feet (50 m) tall, with a trunk up to 50 inches (130 cm) in diameter, measured at breast height; with a broadly pyramidal crown.

  • Bark is gray in color and irregularly flaking.
  • Branchlets are initially yellowish green or yellowish gray in color, later turning pale gray or brownish gray. They have a glabrous texture.

When ordering tray material, any 38 Ct and 50 Ct Evergreen Gro Plugs or 18 Ct cell liner trays, the order quantity must be in full tray increments.

Example
  • 7 trays of 50 Ct Gro Plugs would be 350 plants on the order line.
  • 5 trays of 18 Ct trays would be 90 plants on the order line.

All bare root birch single stem must be ordered in increments of 10.
